Richelle Shoemaker led the Bevier C-4 School District board race Tuesday night with 106 votes, followed closely by Joshua Brower at 102 and Tyler Souther at 98, according to unofficial results from the Macon County Clerk’s office. Three seats were on the ballot; Shoemaker, Brower, and Souther take those positions based on unofficial totals.
In the City of Bevier alderman race — a four-way contest for two seats — Donna Witt led with 44 votes, followed by Bobby Edwards at 41, and Melissa D. Cole and Bill Cosby tied at 30 each. Witt and Edwards hold the top two positions in unofficial results.
All results are unofficial pending certification by the Macon County Clerk.
